OC State Code Insulation Requirements for IN and MI
Ready for Insulation? Take a look at these State Energy Code flyers from Owens Corning for INDIANA or MICHIGAN. They provide the minimum requirements for each state's energy region as well as other helpful information including a $2,000 tax credit for contractors/builders!
To earn the tax credit (it is not a deduction), each qualifying home must meet the requirements of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (Section 1332). Please read page 2 of the flyer for more information.

Our 34th Annual Customer Appreciation
Dinner & Show

This video shows a quick look at our recent Customer Appreciation Dinner & Show at the Century Center convention hall in South Bend, Indiana. This yearly event is our chance to thank our loyal customers who work in the residential and commercial construction industries. (This invitation-only event is not open to the public.)

2008 marked our 34th consecutive year of hosting this event, and the 23rd year that it has been held at the Century Center. This facility boasts the largest hall available in the area, with approximately 28,000 sq. ft. of floor space in one room. As our event has grown over the years, we are almost busting out the walls!

The purpose of this event is to thank our loyal customers for their business. We serve a complete formal sit-down meal, and the past two years the meal has been accompanied by beautiful piano music performed by a local musician on a grand piano. We also have an average of 30 of our top suppliers on hand with displays of their products and services. These vendors represent the biggest names in the building materials industry. It is an excellent opportunity for our customers and suppliers to "make a connection." Our customers can learn more about our vendor's products, ask questions, and learn about their latest products, not to mention getting first-hand advice on the best ways to use and install these products. Our customers can also arrange job site visits from our vendor representatives if needed to help solve an issue or get other advice.

SERVICES	We operate our own Door and Window Shop, Custom Millwork and Cabinet Mill, Kitchen Design Showroom, and Truss Plant (fabricating roof and floor trusses and wall panels). We stock or produce many of the above items and ship directly to your job site. We also offer various steel products for polebarns, framing and other metal use. We have over 30 outside contractor salespeople to service your needs. All have a minimum of five years industry experience. They attend numerous training sessions to keep their product knowledge up to date, so they can help keep your business current with trends in the industry. We have the largest fleet of delivery trucks and boom trucks in the area. With our fleet of boom trucks we can deliver shingles to the roof and spot drywall throughout the house. We offer FREE delivery on most products, often the same day. We are the largest Andersen Window distributor in the area. We are able to offer a competitive price and lead-time, and can deliver from our Window and Door Shop to your job site. We also feature the Marvin Window line, as well as a competitively priced line of quality vinyl windows. We have Installed Sales programs for such needs as siding, cabinets, and windows that service many of our locations. Recently we have added a Commercial Contractor Division to our service line, offering Top-Notch relations between Commercial Contractors and Big C. We have a professional staff of designers and estimators. Not only can we handle your blueprint takeoffs, but we can draw your prints for you as well. We have a dedicated Commercial Sales Division.
